Lucinda Owen + Co. is a multifaceted architecture studio based in Melbourne. We undertake residential and commercial projects, as well as community works, with a strong focus on sustainable design practices. Founded by architect and heritage specialist Lucinda Owen in 2014, the studio takes a collaborative and holistic approach to projects. We find working at the creative intersection between the old and the new incredibly exciting and rewarding.

Lucinda is a highly regarded architect and heritage specialist. Her love of heritage places began at an early age when she was captivated by exploring local bushland and disused building sites. She went on to develop this interest through studying extensively, travelling and working overseas, and learning from esteemed architecture mentors and colleagues.
Passionate about delivering spaces that people will love, Lucinda works empathetically, intuitively and creatively, and with a thorough knowledge of planning, building, and heritage legislation.
Lucinda’s designs unfurl organically and sensitively. The handsome forms and refined interiors of her buildings are elevated by thoughtful landscapes – celebrating nature, light, beauty, and the interplay between past, present and future.
